Travel Tips: Dover International Speedway –Oct. 4-6, 2019

The second round of the 2019 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs starts at Dover International Speedway in Delaware with the Drydene 400 weekend, Friday through Sunday, Oct. 4-6. Also on the schedule for the weekend: the Xfinity Series and the K&N Pro Series East.

On Thursday, Oct. 3, the NASCAR Hauler Parade begins at the Legislative Mall in downtown Dover at 5 p.m. ET. Cup Series haulers will make their way through downtown Dover and end at the track at approximately 5:45 p.m. ET. Click here to find out more about the free event.

The Budweiser Clydesdales will be around for parades and photo ops on Saturday and Sunday, and prior to Sunday’s race, rock legends Grand Funk Railroad will perform a free pre-race concert on the Xfinity Stage at Victory Plaza at noon ET. Find links to listings of all the weekend activities here.
