Giveaway: Gargoyles Balance Sunglasses....The Choice of a Champion
Even NASCAR drivers can be stylish, just ask Jimmie Johnson. No only is he the three time defending champ he's the face of the sport. His picture has been on countless magazine articles and you can't deny he looks good in a suit or a pair of blue jeans. He might not be your favorite driver, but the man's got style.
What about those sunglasses he wears? What are they? Where did he get them? Can I get a pair? Well today we are not only going to tell you a little bit about JJ's sunglasses of choice, we are going to give you a chance to win your very own pair. That's right one lucky winner will be selected to take home a pair of these amazing sunglasses. But first you have to read a little bit about them.
The Balance is Jimmie Johnson’s sunglass of choice off the track. It features rubber temple tips, patterned with a unique micro-signal design to maximize hold and comfort. Smart hinges have a snap-hinge structure for durability and fit.
The Balance is available in two lens color technologies, Drive and Terrain. Drive is Gargoyles’ smoke colored lens, which reduces light intensity without altering the color of objects. This lens technology has been formulated for varying light conditions and provides the most natural color vision possible.
Gargoyle’s Terrain lens is a brown and copper blend that enhances contrast by blocking a larger percentage of blue light than gray lenses do. This lens tint is specially calibrated for changes in environmental light and shadow, to provide enhanced contrast and warmer colors.
All Gargoyles lenses guard your eyes from 100% UVA, UVB and UVC light. Our lenses are coated with a scratch-resistant and anti-fog coating, which offer 30% more protection than conventional lens coatings.
If they work for #48, they’ll work for you.
MSRP: $95-$130, depending on if the lens is polarized or not
Sound like something you might be interested in owning? It's your lucky day. The makers of Jimmie's sunglasses have graciously offered the readers of Skirts and Scuffs a chance to win their very own pair of The Balance by Gargoyles.
Here are the rules: Remember you must follow the rules for your entries to count.
The giveaway will run until the new Sprint Cup Series Champion gets the trophy in Homestead-Miami.
