Pole Report: Daytona 500 Field Set After Gatorade Duels

How the Gatorade Duels work:
The Gatorade Duels determine the field after the outside and inside pole-sitters. The winners of the race, which were Kurt Busch and Jeff Burton, will be starting in the third and fourth positions. Everyone else will be determined in terms of their finish in the Gatorade Duels. The first race will fill the odd-numbered starting spots and the second race will finish the even starting spots.
Since Dale Earnhardt Jr. crashed in the last practice, Kurt Busch will shift up the pole position and the line behind him will also shift up a row.
