See NASCAR Driver Tony Stewart at Oakland Zoo
Visit Kicks Off Countdown to the Toyota/Save Mart 350
Stewart is an animal lover, and he will trade his race suit for a zoo-keeper's uniform during a behind-the-scenes experience at the Oakland Zoo. The driver of the No. 14 Office Depot/Mobil 1 Chevrolet Impala for Stewart-Haas Racing will interact with animals and participate in a media Q&A session in the Wildlife Theater in the children's area of the zoo beginning at approximately 1:15 p.m., and fans are welcome to attend.
**This is not a formal autograph session, but rather an opportunity for fans to participate in a question and answer session with the two-time NASCAR champion.**
“I’m really looking forward to visiting Northern California and checking out the zoo,” said Stewart, a two-time winner at Infineon Raceway (2001, ’05). “The road-course races are two of my favorite races of the year, and I’ll be looking for another winning weekend in Sonoma in June.”
The event will also launch the all-new “Trackside with Tony” ticket package, which includes a Saturday ticket in the Turn 7 terrace, a Sunday ticket in the seating area of your choice for the Toyota/Save Mart 350, plus a Q&A with Stewart on Saturday in the Club 7 hospitality area, for just $114. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Tony Stewart Foundation. Call 800-870-RACE (7223) for more information or CLICK HERE to purchase online.
