CHARLOTTE, N.C. (May 19, 2011) — Bass Pro Shops, one of America’s premier outdoor retailers, joined forces with The NASCAR Foundation in support of NASCAR Unites, a campaign designed to raise valuable funds and encourage volunteerism to help children lead happier, healthier lives.
NASCAR Unites offers fans and the NASCAR community “Two Million Ways to Unite for Kids” through volunteerism and fundraising. In 2011, The NASCAR Foundation will generate one million volunteer hours and grant $1 million to children’s charities in local communities.
