This week all three NASCAR series return to action at Dover International Speedway. After trying to appease "The Lady in Black" last week at Darlington, drivers have their work cut out for them at the "Monster Mile": both are said to be the most difficult tracks on the circuit, and here they are scheduled back-to-back.

In 1995, Dover switched to an all-concrete surface, becoming the first all-concrete speedway in NASCAR. The track is one of three concrete tracks run in NASCAR's top three series (Bristol and Nashville are the other two).

The "Monster Mile," with its famed mascot Miles the Monster, is known to bite racecars. The 1-mile oval is especially demanding and leaves many drivers exhausted afterward. Dover has 24-degree banking in the turns and 9 degrees on the straightaways. Brakes are put to the test as drivers must use them lightly when getting into the corners and lightly again upon exit.

Who will take home one of the coolest trophies in NASCAR - the Miles the Monster trophy - in the Camping World Truck Series, Nationwide Series and Sprint Cup Series? Stay tuned.

The following are last year's winners:

SPRINT CUP
Spring: Kyle Busch
Fall: Jimmie Johnson

NATIONWIDE
Spring: Kyle Busch
Fall: Kyle Busch

TRUCK SERIES
Aric Almirola
