NASCAR By the Numbers: Texas and Pocono split edition

Johnny Sauter and Carl Edwards each went into the weekend as the points leaders in their respective series; each had problems but managed to maintain their points lead for another week. This is the breakdown of the weekend.

Camping World Truck Series from Texas Motor Speedway:
Johnny Sauter led the most laps and was leading on the final restart but an unfortunate mistake, changing lanes before the start/finish line, got him black-flagged and handed the race to Ron Hornaday Jr. Johnny Sauter still maintains his points lead heading into an extended break for the NCWTS.
