Pole Report: Kurt Busch claims the STP 400 pole award

New to Kansas this year, Saturday morning qualifying in an effort to give fans a full day of racing. Kurt Busch went out early for his run and quickly sat down the lap to beat – although no one was a match for the No. 22 AAA Dodge. Busch claimed his 13th career pole with a lap of 30.90 seconds and that was 174.752mph. Joining him on the front row, Juan Pablo Montoya.
