Volunteer Your Time: National MS Society Seeks Volunteers for August Race Weekend at Pocono Raceway
What are your plans for the first weekend in August? A cookout with your family? Preparing to go back to school? Wasting away the day in the pool taking in the rays? If you are in the Pocono, Pennsylvania area here’s a great opportunity to donate your time for a good cause.
The National MS Foundation is seeking volunteers to help out during the August 5th-7th Pennsylvania 500 race weekend. For each volunteer who commits to working and completes a full shift Pocono Raceway will donate $50 to the National MS Foundation. Volunteers are needed for all three days of racing events where jobs will include checking patron coolers, scanning tickets, and running elevators.
