Inspiring win by Brad Keselowski at Pocono Raceway

Multiple drivers have raced with injuries; Denny Hamlin with a torn ACL, Kasey Kahne with his knee issues, Carl Edwards with a broken foot. But only a few have won with these injuries. Brad Keselowski is one of those few, with his win at Pocono.

Keselowski was involved in a dangerous crash while testing at Road Atlanta where he was airlifted to the hospital and the “blue deuce” was obliterated.

This second win gave Keselowki the wild card in the Chase. It is also his third career win and best finish at Pocono Raceway.

Kyle Busch (second) posted his fifth top-10 finish in 14 races at Pocono Raceway. It is his 13th top-10 finish in 2011. Kurt Busch (third) posted his 12th top-10 finish in 22 races at Pocono Raceway.

Of course, all of this happened after a red flag period for rain, which lasted a total of one hour and forty minutes. The remaining 76 laps were a race with Mother Nature, which proved great for exciting racing.

After being the youngest to win a Coors Light Pole, Joey Logano was able to lead the majority of the race prior to the red flag rain delay. After that rain delay, Logano disappeared into the pack and finished a disappointing 26th.

On the last lap, Kurt Busch and Jimmie Johnson made contact in Turn 2, which fueled tempers and led to a post-race argument. After a yelling match between the two, Johnson said, "I'm not going to run people over to pass them. That's just not me. I worked on him for however many laps trying to get by him clean- fair and square- and then as I got up next to him, we had an issue off of (Turn 2). I'll just keep filing things away and remember this stuff."

On the other hand, Kurt Busch said that Johnson started the conflict prior by bumping him and he simply returned the favor. "I was racing him, flat-out. You want to race? Let's race. I didn't know we were supposed to pull over when it came to five to go. I raced him hard, raced him smart, raced him clean and he wants to come over here and bitch about it."
