NASCAR K&N Pro Series West Driver Suspended Indefinitely due to Violation of Substance Abuse Policy



DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Aug. 19, 2011) – Ronnie Hults, a driver in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West, has been indefinitely suspended from NASCAR for violating the sanctioning body’s substance abuse policy.

Hults was found to have violated Sections 12-1 (actions detrimental to stock car racing) and 7-5 (violation of the NASCAR substance abuse policy) of the 2011 NASCAR Touring Series rule book.
