Tempers flared at Bristol after the usually beating and banging occurred during the O'Reilly Auto Parts 200. Pulling away from the field was Kevin Harvick who secured his third NCWTS win in a row. Harvick has now won at Bristol in all three NASCAR series, he has also completed that feat at Michigan, Martinsville, Phoenix and Atlanta.

The aforementioned tempers, the contestants were Kyle Busch versus Elliott Sadler. Round one: Hard racing on track saw Sadler collide with Busch, Sadler said he thought he was clear of Busch. Busch smacked the wall and apparently blames Sadler. Round two: In retaliation, Busch rams into Sadler, further damaging Busch's truck. Sadler was able to continue the race. Busch's team took his truck behind the wall for repairs and was unable to fix the damage.  Afterwards, Busch commented on the incident saying "The guy is paid by KHI, what do you think? He ran into me 3 times prior." Sadler responded by saying that it was just "good hard racing" and suggested that Busch just "watch the tape, see what happened" also suggesting that it was an issue with Busch's spotter and not Busch himself.
