Elliott Sadler, Kevin and DeLana Harvick to participate in Q&A

DOVER, Del. – Race fans at the track for the Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011 “OneMain Financial 200” will have a unique opportunity unlike any they may have experienced before at the Monster Mile. By showing their Oct. 1 “OneMain Financial 200” NASCAR Nationwide Series race ticket, they will be provided with special access to the frontstretch of the track, prior to the cars taking to the concrete, one-mile oval later that day. Appearances by Elliott Sadler, Kevin and DeLana Harvick are planned, along with the OneMain Financial show car and Monster trophy, as part of the OneMain Financial Open Track Session.

The event, scheduled from 10 to 11:30 a.m., will give NASCAR Nationwide Series ticket holders the chance to enter the track at Gate 18, and roam pit road and the frontstretch of the Monster Mile, with the Harvicks and Sadler dropping in for a free question-and-answer session from 10:30 to 10:45 a.m.

All fans must have their “OneMain Financial 200” NASCAR Nationwide Series race tickets with them, which will be scanned to permit reentrance to the track for the race later in the day. Bags and coolers are not permitted on the track, and those who bring them will be asked to leave them at the gate.

Great seats are still available for the Oct. 1 “OneMain Financial 200” NASCAR Nationwide Series race, as well as the Sept. 30 NASCAR K&N Pro Series East race and the Oct. 2 “AAA 400” NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race. For information or tickets, call 800-441-RACE or visit DoverSpeedway.com.
