The merger between Richard Childress Racing and Kevin Harvick Inc. is already showing to be a beneficial one for the drivers.

Austin Dillon, who has been piloting the No. 3 for RCR in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, will be moving into the Nationwide Series full-time for 2012. Dillon will join teammates Elliott Sadler in the No. 2 car and the No. 33 car will host a lineup of Sprint Cup drivers.

At the age of 21, Dillon is already well experienced in the CWTS. Currently ranking fourth in the points, Dillon has claimed three wins, 12 top-5 and 25 top-10 finishes in only 44 races. KHI has already worked with Dillon in the Nationwide Series for four races this year, with a highest finish of 3rd place at Nashville. In those four races, Dillon scored one top-five and three top-10s, completing every lap. His average finish is 8.5.

Taking over the duties of the No. 3 truck will be younger brother Ty Dillon. Ty is currently leading the ARCA Series points and has won seven of the 16 races this season.
