My 2 Cents:

There are many unknowns on this newly reconfigured track, which will now closely resembles Richmond International Speedway. Drivers and teams who have tested at this new Phoenix track and who run well at Richmond will have an advantage on Sunday. Tony Stewart spent four days testing at Phoenix so "Smoke" and Ryan Newman should have some pretty good notes to share.
