Souvenir and Race Ticket Blow-Out returns to Charlotte Motor Speedway

Charlotte Motor Speedway hosts a Black Friday sale on race merchandise.

CONCORD, N.C. (Nov. 16, 2011) – One of the biggest day-after-Thanksgiving traditions in the Charlotte area, the Souvenir and Race Ticket Blow-Out, returns for the 19th consecutive year on Nov. 25, at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Shoppers who purchase at least $50 worth of merchandise or race tickets, or donate $25 to Speedway Children’s Charities during the annual blow-out sale, will get to drive their personal vehicle for three laps around the 1.5-mile superspeedway. Race fans can experience the 24-degree banking and drive in the tire tracks of their favorite NASCAR stars.
The Black Friday sale will give fans the chance to shop at more than 15 NASCAR souvenir rigs offering driver merchandise at incredibly low prices just in time for holiday gift giving. Many items will start at just $1 and a large variety of hats and t-shirts will be priced starting at $3.
The souvenir trailers will feature merchandise from top NASCAR drivers including Kyle Busch, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Jeff Gordon, Kevin Harvick, Jimmie Johnson, Joey Logano, Ryan Newman and Danica Patrick, among others.
In addition to the souvenir trailers, the Charlotte Motor Speedway ticket office will be open throughout the event, offering shoppers the perfect gift for that race fan on their holiday shopping list. Shoppers who purchase $99 in race tickets will receive a free $25 gift card good for 2012 Charlotte Motor Speedway race tickets, camping spots or pit passes.
