NSCS Pole Report: Juan Pablo Montoya wins pole, breaks track record


Juan Pablo Montoya won the pole for Sunday’s race and broke the track record at Watkins Glen International with a lap of 69.44 seconds at 127.02 mph. This is Montoya’s ninth career pole and second this season. Kyle Busch, Jimmie Johnson, Brad Keselowski, and defending race winner Marcos Ambrose round out the top-five.
