NSCS Pole Report: Earnhardt Jr. wins 11th career pole

Dale Earnhardt Jr. won the pole for Sunday’s Sprint Cup Series race at Richmond International Raceway with a lap of 21.256 seconds at 127.023 mph. This is Earnhardt Jr.’s 11^th Sprint Cup Series pole and first of the 2012 season. Jeff Gordon, Regan Smith, Clint Bowyer, and Jimmie Johnson round out the top-5.
