“Tommy and I already have a great deal of respect for each other,” says driver Dave Blaney. “He has a long list of accomplishments as a crew chief, and I am very excited to have him atop the pit box for the No. 7 Chevrolet SS this year.”

About Tommy Baldwin, Jr.:
Tommy Baldwin, Jr. learned all about racing from a young age spending weekends at local racetracks in the Northeast with his father, Tom Baldwin Sr. It was there where he got his start at becoming a crew chief.
Beginning in NASCAR’s top series in 1997, Baldwin has worked for some of the sport’s best teams and drivers. As the crew chief for Ward Burton, Baldwin accomplished something few have done, taking home the prestigious Harley J. Earl trophy in 2002.
Taking a leap of faith in 2009, Baldwin announced that he was forming TBR. With a volunteer crew, the team made it into the Daytona 500 and picked up sponsorship. From there, Baldwin has persisted on building a strong foundation for the TBR team.
