The Likely Suspects: This is the first race on an intermediate track for the Gen-6 car, and boy, am I curious to see how it goes. In the past week drivers have been talking about how difficult it is to make a pass in this car, so I'm thinking this race will be a good indication of whether this car is going to make the cookie-cutter tracks more interesting to watch or not.

In either case, I believe the race will be dominated by the drivers who have mastered this track as long as they can also master the idiosyncrasies of this new car. So be on the lookout for these drivers to play a leading role during this Vegas race: Jimmie Johnson, Matt Kenseth, Tony Stewart, Carl Edwards, Kasey Kahne, Jeff Gordon and Greg Biffle.

My 2 Cents: My no-brainer pick this week is a tie between Jimmie Johnson and Carl Edwards. Both drivers have momentum going into the race, and both are awesome at Vegas. Next I'm going with Tony Stewart, Greg Biffle, Mark Martin and Martin Truex Jr. I will complete my fantasy team with Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and David Ragan.

Enjoy the race. Post your comments here or email me at ssfantasyracing@skirtsandscuffs.com.
