Through the Lens: IndyCar at Texas Motor Speedway
On rare occasions Skirts and Scuffs has the opportunity to attend IndyCar races. Last weekend Debbie Ross was at Texas Motor Speedway for the Firestone 550 where Helio Castroneves climbed the fence in celebration of his victory.
