NASCAR gets twisted as the Sprint Cup and Nationwide series go road course racing for the first time this season.

Sprint Cup heads to Sonoma Raceway in idyllic Napa Valley, California, while Nationwide converges on Road America in Wisconsin, a popular addition to the series schedule. After all these twists and turns, which drivers will be left standing in victory lane?

The Camping World Truck Series gets back on track next week at Kentucky.
