NASCAR spreads out this weekend as its top three series run at three different tracks. The Sprint Cup Series heads to the Poconos for its first of two annual race weekends at Pocono Raceway, nicknamed the Tricky Triangle. The Nationwide Series converges on fan favorite Iowa Speedway. The Camping World Truck Series heads to Texas Motor Speedway.

A superspeedway, a short track and an intermediate - you can't get more varied than that.

The following is a handy guide to track events and TV coverage at Pocono, Iowa and Texas. All times are in   Eastern Standard Time. Events without a channel listed will not be televised.
