The Sprint Cup Series has a rare off-weekend to prepare for next week's race at the Brickyard, and the Camping World Truck Series doesn't get back on track until next Wednesday for its first dirt race at Eldora. That means the Nationwide Series is front and center at Chicagoland, the lone series racing this weekend.

The following is a handy guide to track events and TV coverage of Nationwide at Chicagoland. All times are in Eastern Standard Time. Events without a channel listed will not be televised.

Saturday, July 20:
12:30 p.m. NNS Practice
3:30 p.m. NNS Final Practice

Sunday, July 21:
11 a.m. NNS Qualifying, ESPN2
2:30 p.m. NNS Countdown, ESPN
3 p.m. NNS: STP 300, ESPN. Green flag: 3:17 p.m. (re-airs at midnight on ESPN2)
