By winning the pole for the WinStar World Casino and Resort 350 during Service King Qualifying at Texas Motor Speedway this afternoon, Matt Crafton showed he wants more than just the Charlie 1 Horse that comes with winning the race. He wants a third Camping World Truck Series Championship.

Right now he trails wunderkind Erik Jones by a scant 10 points, but he’s won two out of the last three races at the Great American Speedway, and the front row start should bolster his confidence. With only three races left in the season, every point counts.

Spencer Gallagher starts next to Crafton, with Daniel Hemric and Brandon Jones on Row Two.
Jones starts fifth with Timothy Peters beside him. Daniel Suarez rolls off seventh, next to Jeb Burton, who’s piloting the No. 00 Haas Automation truck for JR Motorsports this week.

The WinStar World Casino and Resort 350 starts at 7:30 PM CT and will be broadcast on FoxSports1, PRN Radio, and SiriusXM NASCAR.
