Travel Tips: Michigan International Speedway – June 9-12, 2016

Michigan International Speedway, set in the Irish Hills of Brooklyn, hosts the Sprint Cup and Xfinity Series, as well as the ARCA Racing Series, this weekend, Thursday through Sunday, June 9-12.

Keloorah is a new festival within the race weekend at MIS, featuring live music and activities from 5-11 p.m. ET on Friday night and 4-11 p.m. ET on Saturday night. There will be games, deejays, food and beverages, and live music, including Elle King, Third Eye Blind and Fitz and the Tantrums.

Friday, June 10 –

• Sprint Cup Series practice – 11 a.m. ET
• Xfinity Series practice – 12:30 and 3 p.m. ET

• Sprint Cup Series qualifying – 4:15 p.m. ET
• ARCA Racing Series Corrigan Oil 200 – 5:45 p.m. ET

Saturday, June 11 –

• Sprint Cup Series practice – 9 a.m. and noon ET
• Xfinity Series qualifying – 10 a.m. ET
• Xfinity Series Menards 250 presented by Valvoline – 1:30 p.m. ET

Sunday, June 12 –

• Sprint Cup Series FireKeepers Casino 400 – 1 p.m. ET
