The Big Machine Vodka 400 at the Brickyard on Sunday, Sept. 9 highlights the new date for the annual NASCAR weekend at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Friday through Sunday, Sept. 7-9. The Xfinity Series joins the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series for the weekend, competing in the Lilly Diabetes 250 on Saturday, Sept. 8.
New to the event this year is the Driven2SaveLives BC39 presented by NOS Energy Drink on Wednesday and Thursday, Sept. 5-6 at the new 1/4-mile clay oval inside Turn 3, The Dirt Track at IMS. The USAC P1 Insurance Midget National Championship event will feature NASCAR drivers Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Christopher Bell, J.J. Yeley and Landon Cassill racing against some of the country’s top short track drivers – currently more than 115 drivers are registered for the event. Learn more about the event here.
On Friday, Sept. 7 from 4:30-8 p.m. ET, the annual Hauler Parade heads down Main St. in Speedway, IN, a free event which is part of “Fan Fest.” On Saturday, Sept. 8, the inaugural FGL Fest will feature Florida Georgia Line, Cole Swindell, Nelly and Raelynn among many other acts.
