Layne Riggs completely dominated the TSport 200 at the Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park. Riggs led 160 of the 200 laps to earn his first victory of the 2025 Craftsman Truck Series season.

“I‘ll tell you, this truck was badass, man,” Riggs said. “It was so great. I was just out front saving my tires at the end. Then I was just waiting for a late-race caution (which never came), trying to run the bottom and trying to keep the least amount of distance to keep the distance off my tires.

“It‘s so great to get (sponsor) Clew Nicotine Pouches in Victory Lane. That‘s only their second race with us, and we‘re super excited to have them. That was a pretty cool celebration.”

Riggs beat Corey Day by almost two seconds for the win, while Corey Heim secured the regular season championship with his third-place finish. Grant Enfinger and Ty Majeski rounded out the top-five finishers.

Stewart Friesen was disqualified from his top five after his truck failed height requirements in post-race inspection.

Chandler Smith finished sixth, Daniel Hemric seventh, while Tyler Ankrum, Ross Chastain and Rajah Caruth finished eighth through 10th place, respectively.

A Look Ahead

The Craftsman Truck Series head to Watkins Glen on August 8th.

Two races remain in the regular season, with Jake Garcia and Ben Rhodes competing for the final spot in the championship standings. Garcia currently holds the final spot, 16 points ahead of Rhodes. Garcia is 55 points behind Tyler Ankrum in eighth.
