Rick Ware Racing sets up fund for families of fallen crew members
Rick Ware Racing is asking fans for donations to help the families of fallen crew members Dean Shaut and Steve "Dirt" Masch. Shaut was fatally injured and Masch is in critical condition with paralysis at a Winston-Salem, N.C., hospital following an auto accident that occurred on March 12.
All proceeds will go to the funeral bills, medical bills and living expenses for the Shaut family and the Masch family that has been amassed during their stay at a local hotel while at the bedside of their son.
To donate, please visit any Suntrust Bank and ask to donate to the Dean Shaut/Steve Masch Fund. Every dollar counts, and the family members and team are reaching out the fans to help these families in need.
