For the first time in about a decade, the Sprint Cup Series will visit a new track on its schedule: Kentucky Speedway. Though Kentucky regularly hosts the Nationwide Series and Camping World Truck Series, Saturday marks the inaugural Sprint Cup event at the 1.5-mile tri-oval. All three series converge on Kentucky this weekend.

Kentucky Speedway opened in 2000. The track's surface is rough and bumpy, with 14-degree banking in the turns, 8 degrees on the frontstretch and 4 degree on the backstretch. The track will be a wild card as the Sprint Cup drivers square off to see whose name will go down in history as Kentucky's first Cup winner. Thursday's six hours of testing will allow the drivers to get acquainted with the speedway, as well as gather data that could prove useful at the other intermediate tracks on the circuit.

In Nationwide, Joey Logano has won the last three races at Kentucky. Can the Joe Gibbs Racing driver keep up the streak on Friday - as well as be a threat in the next day's Cup race?

The Camping World Truck Series returns Thursday after a four-week hiatus for its first of two race weekends at Kentucky. Before the break, Ron Hornaday Jr. claimed victory at Texas. Hornaday is also the only two-time winner at Kentucky. Could the four-time champ make it three this weekend?

Last year's winners at Kentucky:

NATIONWIDE
Joey Logano

CAMPING WORLD TRUCK SERIES
Todd Bodine
