Kyle Busch, driver of the No. 54 Monster Energy Toyota, won the Coors Light Pole award for the Royal Purple 300 with a speed of 178.607 in 40.312 seconds. This marks his 28th pole in the Nationwide Series and second pole of the 2013 season.
