Travel Tips: Las Vegas Motor Speedway – Sept. 13-16, 2018

After a short week thanks to scheduling changes at the “Brickyard,” NASCAR’s top three series, along with the IMCA Western RaceSaver Sprint Series and the K&N Pro Series West head to Las Vegas Motor Speedway in Nevada, for a weekend culminating with the first race of the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs, the South Point 400, taking place Sunday, Sept. 16.

The K&N Pro Series West and IMCA Western RaceSaver Sprint Series will race on Thursday, Sept. 13 at The Dirt Track at LVMS. The event will feature two driver autograph sessions (4:30 and 6 p.m. PT), plus heat races and features for both series – find a full schedule here.

• Camping World Truck Series practice – 2:05 and 4:05 p.m. PT

Friday, Sept. 14 –

• Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series practice – 11:05 a.m. PT

• Camping World Truck Series qualifying – 3:05 p.m. PT
• Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series qualifying – 4:35 p.m. PT

Saturday, Sept. 15 –

• Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series practice – 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. PT

Sunday, Sept. 16 –

• Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series South Point 400 –noon PT
