Tyler Reddick to Join 23XI Racing in 2024
During a Zoom meeting today with Toyota and TRD, Fox reporter Bob Pockrass noted that "Denny Hamlin said he has talked with Tyler Reddick casually about potentially joining the organization,” but Hamlin required the approval of Toyota before having any serious talks with Reddick about joining 23XI.
When the time came, Hamlin made sure to take full advantage of it.
Hamlin has signed Reddick to a multi-year contract, starting with the 2024 season. No sponsorship or car number was announced for Reddick. Further announcements will be made at a later date.

Reddick said it is better to say this now since they had already signed the deal and Reddick said better to say it now than during the playoffs.

What could this mean? Is RCR in negotiations to sell their team? Speculation has it that if they are, it would be to Dale Earnhardt Jr and Kelley's team JR Motorsports. Reddick leaving is a definite blow to the perceived value of RCR.
