Mark Martin won his 49th NASCAR Nationwide Series race today at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, securing his record for most wins in the series. Martin, driving the #32 for Turner Motorsports, took the lead on the final lap after then-leader Brad Keselowski lost a tire, crashing into the wall.

Similar to last week, Kyle Busch and Carl Edwards had the dominant cars, in addition to Denny Hamlin, and all three would swap the lead throughout the race.

Kyle spun out on lap 132, managing to hold onto his car after hitting the infield grass but unfortunately slid into the wall inside the track. Damage to his #18 Toyota included a broken radiator, which was too severe too fix in the amount of time left in the race.

Danica Patrick, attempting to run 12 Nationwide races this year, finished her best race to date and set a milestone for women drivers in NASCAR. Danica finished 4th, topping her previous best finish of 14th at Daytona. The previous record, in all three series, was a 5th-place finish by Sara Christian in 1949.
